When should I place my order?

If you want your Welcome Pack delivered in time for your arrival, please order a minimum of 4 days before you arrive at your accommodation. At checkout you will be prompted to enter your arrival date. You can order closer to your arrival just contact us at to confirm delivery availability on shorter timescales.

Do you deliver to areas outside of Central Otago?

We primarily service the Dunedin - Central Otago area, however we can deliver to some non-rural areas throughout the South Island. We are working with our couriers daily to confirm new territories, so please contact us on to check if we can deliver to your address if it is outside of the Dunedin-Central Otago area.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

In the unlikely event that your Welcome delivery is not delivered, please email us at as soon as possible so we can rectify the issue promptly.

Can you leave my order by the front door? 

Yes, absolutely. Read our full delivery terms.

My arrival has been delayed, what should I do?

If you know in advance that your arrival date has moved, please contact us at and we can make alternate arrangements. If you are delayed within 48 hours of your arrival date, your box will already be routed for delivery. Please contact us and we will assist as best we can. 

I have dietary requirements, can you help?

We have included a number of options within our Food Packs to cater for a range of preferences. Please note that our Food Packs are not designed to cater for allergies, specific or cultural dietary requirements and you must take care when checking the ingredients. The nutritional details can be found on our website where not supplied on the product packaging itself. 


I own a rental holiday house and I'd love to offer your service to my guests, is this possible?
